My name is Nizam and I believe in one person’s trash is another person’s treasure. I have quite a lots of items/things "stored" in my house. Some of this items are new and some are preloved items :) ...
I need to clear them out, so i can have more room and space.

I will only sell things that will be in good condition unless stated otherwise. Used items will be clearly states as it is, so do expect some usage signs (wear & tear sign). Feel free to visit regularly or you may add in as follower to my blog. I hope you're having great time here.!!

Unfortunately. All items must be collected by buyer. I'm so sorry about that. Pickup area Bandar Baru Bangi, Cyberjaya or Putrajaya within 5 KM radius..

If you still want the items delivered, buyer must bare the cost of carriage including tax and postage.

Terms and Conditions
1.All prices are quoted in RM- Ringgit Malaysia.

2. All items must be fully paid within 24 hours after confirmation. Notification of payment should be made to timetocleanupblog@gmail.com. Please comment out the post if you have make payment.

3. All items sold are not exchangeable and non refundable. For used items, do expect some usual wear and tear sign. All items is checked and washed/cleaned before publish online. All items will be checked again to ensure they are in good condition and well functioned before post to customers.

4. For booking purposes, 50% deposit from the selling price is required and balance to be settled on the agreed due date. Items will only be delivered upon received full payment.

5. Actual colors you see may vary due to monitor resolution or lighting.

6. All prices are negotiable unless stated otherwise. Please make an offer.
